Financing:

2/3 of the investment may be financed by a bank loan and/or leasing.  There are also various financing subsidies available for each candidate's needs.  top  •  submit application form

Franchisee education/experience requirements:

Previous experience in the field is not necessary.  A diploma or degree is an advantage as is fluency in English.  top  •  submit application form

Contract duration:

5 years with automatic renewal as long as the conditions of the contract are met.  top  •  submit application form

Royalties:

Store types:

There are two kinds of stores and a mobile store.  Small stores are up to 50 squared metres and function as fast-food outlets with delivery. Large stores function as restaurants with delivery and are over 80 squared metres in size.  top  •  submit application form

Training duration:

Training methods:

Experienced trainers in a real time environment at various company stores under the supervision of company executives.  top  •  submit application form

Quality control:

There is a constant monitoring and quality control system comprising of inspectors and customer surveys.  top  •  submit application form

Franchisee job description:

Store equipment:

The company provides the specifications and details of approved suppliers for the franchisee to choose from. Pizza Con encourages the use of high quality used equipment. Good quality equipment is available and keeps your costs to a minimum. This keeps your break even point low and permits you to start receiving a return on your investment more quickly.  top  •  submit application form

Rural areas:

The company has a particular interest in the development of rural areas where it intends to exclusively develop itself by franchising.  top  •  submit application form

Corporate type:

Marketing:

The company prepares the general strategy and each store adapts the company policy according to the needs of each area.  top  •  submit application form

Franchisee requirements:

  1. To undertake to "run" the store personally.
  2. To successfully complete the training course.

Raw materials:

The company has a central production and supply centre of raw materials which are distributed in their final standardized form to all stores twice weekly.  top  •  submit application form

Price list:

  • Is the same for all stores.
  • All stores in all of Greece are connected on-line via Asynchronous Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL).

Store location:

The location is chosen by the franchisee with the assistance of the company and the area of operation is determined by taking certain factors into account, such as traffic, existing road networks, population density etc.  top  •  submit application form

Store construction time:

Personal time required:

At first about 60 hours are required weekly which decrease as experience is acquired.  It should be noted that the entrepreneur must be present at the store during peak hours and usually on weekends and holidays for certain hours.  top  •  submit application form
